How to make a return?

Have you changed your mind ? No problem ! You have 14 working days to request a return and return your product to us, postmarked. Just make sure the product is new, unworn and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Steps to return an item:

  1. Send us an email to contactaccessnykita@orange.fr specifying the reasons for your return or if you would like an exchange.
  2. Return your package by Colissimo to the address we will give you. Return costs are your responsibility.
  3. You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your package, using the original payment method.

Details :

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Reimbursement is made on the products, excluding delivery costs.
  • The return must be made within 14 days.

Reimbursement methods:

  • Bank Card: Reimbursement to the bank account.
  • Paypal: Reimbursement to Paypal account.
  • Apple Pay: Reimbursement to bank account.
